Exercise Accessories help you measure up

Can you better train a Smartphone help?

Perhaps - if the kind of person who is possessed of logging you have any training, tracking your pace and count how many miles per week on average. And if you are this type of person, there are a variety of applications and gadgets that can feed your mania for the recording of progress.

I spent months with two apps - RunKeeper and MapMyRun - always a taste of the quantified fitness lifestyle.

While they are can not give me a better runner, I am far more aware, as I am much (or little) actually to exercise, just a strong impetus, more work and make it better.

The apps show how a Smartphone in a collection point for an array of health and fitness data, including speed, distance, elevation, heart rate and other workout metrics such as calories and Cadence (the measurement of the steps or pedal strokes per minute) can convert. RunKeeper has also recently the ability to track weight and even sleep with the right accessories.

MapMyRun and RunKeeper work similar like. When you start a workout, you start that app and it say, what you are doing - run, walk, bike or swim. The app then is, how long you work out, is your path when able to get it a GPS signal and records your heart rate, if you have a heart rate monitor. When you are finished, press a button and your workout gets zapped to the cloud where you can view it and share you you.

Both are to get as a free download for Android and iPhone, but to the best of these apps, you need to spend some dough on a few additional gadgets. A heart rate monitor is probably the most useful addition for exercise nuts, because it can tell you, if you actually at the appropriate intensity work out.

For Android phones with Bluetooth support, chances are you can a Bluetooth heart monitor. I have the Polar WearLink + ($60), the just fine. It paired with the phone, and the data as MapMyRun and RunKeeper was immediately available.

If you have an iPhone, you need another solution, because the iPhone Bluetooth not with the polar working Bluetooth adapter. Instead I have on Wahoo fitness fisica sensor key ($80), a small white tab, the plugs into the iPhone port of the bottom of the phone. This adapter communicates wirelessly with any sensor, the Ant + Protocol, including the Wahoo used heart rate monitor strap ($60). The combination is more expensive than a plain Bluetooth heart rate strap: is another reason for Android-loving friend, Lord it over you.

RunKeeper can also weighing data from the Withings WiFi body scale, stride data of a Wahoo stride sensor ($80) and sleep and activity data of a Fitbit or ZEO device integration. I test these sensors not, but it is reassuring to know that if I even more my life want to make clean and pure numbers, it easy to do will be.

When you view the data in the cloud, reports can, of course, and also share it with your friends, your accomplishments to boast or each other, to continue to promote - or perhaps a little of both. And you can start to analyze trends: for example, I more miles sign on Saturday as I on Tuesday. And I'm faster on my lunch is running as my early morning, pre-breakfast runs.

Runkeeper has the two services a cleaner, easier-to-read interface on its website and Smartphones. RunKeeper offers also voice prompts, you can say how far and how fast have you gone at different intervals.

Apart from voice prompts MapMyRun compares Runkeeper for features, but I found it harder to navigate and the site offers fewer options for cutting and dice the data. It has more publicity in both the app and on the Web site also (although you can pay that leave map making).

Both apps have free versions, but to make the most of both apps, you have to pay something. RunKeeper "Runkeeper Elite" offers subscriptions for $5 per month or $20 per year. They offer guided real-time tracking (so your friends can keep an eye on you how you do - including during the race) and a wider range of charts to your performance trends to analyze.

MapMyRun offers paid options of $6 per month, to $20 per month (or $30 to $100 per year), you have to eliminate access to additional training charts and reports, and also view the interface.

After using both apps for months (in Runkeeper's case, I have it for years) I am a better runner? Probably, but it's not, because the data of self-coaching gave me superhuman abilities. It is, rather, that the mere act of measuring mean activity me pay more attention to it has made.

I should be a serious runner or a specific exercise goal had as losing weight, would these apps and gadgets give me a valuable edge. As it is, it will help keep me on track - and now, that seems to be just what I need.

The Good Wife: The First Season

The Good Wife: The First SeasonThe Good Wife is a compelling drama about Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies), a strong, articulate woman whose life has been turned upside down by the actions of her husband Peter Florrick (Chris Noth), a state's attorney who's been disgraced by a sex scandal and imprisoned for abusing his position in office. The series begins with a press conference in which Peter apologizes for his personal indiscretions and denies any professional wrongdoing, but the focus of this series is all on Alicia--how she endures the moment in front of the press, the personal impact of the experience just after the cameras are turned off, and how that instant in time will affect every aspect of her life from that moment on. A middle-aged woman accustomed to charity events and luxury in the suburbs, Alicia is suddenly forced to abandon her old life, move to an apartment in the city, and reenter the workforce as a junior associate in a local law firm in order to support herself and her two teenage children. Add in the extra baggage of the very public sex scandal, competition from a young and highly ambitious twentysomething lawyer (Matt Czuchry) at the firm, and a coworker (Archie Panjabi) whom her husband once fired, and things become really tricky for Alicia. The story is about much more than Alicia's reentry into the courtroom; it's about how everything in her life has changed and how every decision she makes impacts her future. Excellent writing and the powerful performances of Margulies and her costars make this series absolutely captivating. The blend of personal drama, courtroom action, sexual indiscretion, family dynamics, and political scandal is perfectly balanced and, as in real life, everything is complexly interwoven. The most compelling thing about the series is Margulies herself: she is completely believable as Alicia Florrick--everything she feels and thinks comes across as totally real to viewers, sometimes without even one word of dialogue, and viewers can't help but relate to everything she's going through and wonder what they might do in a similar situation. Viewers struggle right along with Alicia as she oscillates between self-confidence and self-doubt, resolve and vulnerability, hatred for her husband's infidelity and an inexplicable resilient love for him, even in the face of her renewed attraction to her former law school classmate and now-boss Will (Josh Charles). Viewers share in her determination to remain strong and somehow balance the demands of work and family. Panjabi is commanding in her breakout role as Kalinda, an extremely pragmatic investigator who regularly defies convention and will go to almost any length to get the information she needs, and every interaction between Alicia and Kalinda is simply electric. Christine Baranski is also stellar in her role as Diane Lockhart, a firm partner who sees Alicia both as someone to mentor and as a personal threat.

Besides the 23-episode season, this six-disc set contains quite a few deleted scenes (they get longer as the season progresses) and special features that include on-air promos and a discussion of some of the real-life scandals that caused the writers to ponder the wronged wife's point of view. The hour-and-15-minute-long "Education of Alicia Florrick: Making Season One" features cocreators/writers/executive producers Robert King and Michelle King and executive producer David W. Zucker, along with many of the actors and other important production crew members. They discuss the making of the pilot, location work, casting, costuming, photographic vision, and the show's groundbreaking point of view (they also offer a hint about the focus of the second season). Optional commentaries are available for several episodes and feature Robert King, Michelle King, Zucker, and executive producer Brooke Kennedy. --Tami Horiuchi

It is to grow time for mobile music apps

To make their apps really compelling, should treat bands as works of art.
Photo: Duncan Geere / wired UK

Pretty much all band-related apps are the same, and they are mostly garbage.

You are filled with tour dates, lyrics, pictures, perhaps a little music, connects with Facebook and Twitter profiles, etc.. The stuff is mostly useless for a fan. Why? Two reasons: It's all on the band's website anyway and the fans are probably getting the important information on their own terms for the artist in question on Twitter, Facebook, song kick, Soundcloud, last.FM and a host of other services.

wiredukToo many bands think they need to have an app. You do not. You need a good website, with up-to-date content, which has an excellent mobile version (the few bands) and data feeds that go in the aforementioned services. This list add a pointless app is at best a waste of time and can be even a source of misinformation if it is not regularly updated.

But there is another way, apps for musicians can be useful. You can be art in their own right, rather than just bad marketing.

Modern smartphones are incredibly powerful - it is sent in your Pocket than in all computers, the people on the Moon in the 1960s more computing power into the Smartphone. You can this makes, and the variety of sensors packaged in a modern Smartphone, your songs to make the experience of hearing very personal.

Between gyroscopes, accelerometers, GPS chips, light sensors, internal clocks, microphones and even barometer, a phone knows a lot about your users and your current situation at any time. Use this information to personalize the experience of listening to music can have a powerful effect on the audience.

To find out why to bypass, it is crucial to remember you that hear the experience of the music, not the music itself is important. Someone at the front a gig exactly the same music is when listening to someone at the bar on the back in the chat, but they get a very different experience. Remember your favorite song - chances are you have bound to it an event or happy memory.

Instead of thinking of music as a record, you consider it architecture. The various elements of a song - guitar, bass, vocals, drums, etc. - form floor, walls and ceiling of a place where amazing things can happen. But the town itself, although it incredibly well-constructed, is not important - it is what happens inside, which is important. You can create a dance floor, but it is only exciting if people you dance.

So how can a Smartphone application create, which has some artistic value in its own right? It is therefore, creative and imaginative.

How about an app, the your pace from your Smartphone accelerometer and subtly the music works pace accordingly synchronized?

How about an app that worked out your walking pace from the accelerometer and subtle synchronized to the tempo of the music to match, so you always, that great feeling get in a movie?

Or how about an app that comes in two modes? A passive mode would play for music with minimal interaction, if you're in the Office. A different mode you would really a song to explore - optimizations the sound material - adjust the volume of the various sections, perhaps, so you can really deep in a track.

Or how would an app that retrieves in the weather data from the Web, and gives a different remix you depending on whether it is sunny, wet foggy or stormy, so that it matches perfectly the atmosphere of one day?

The role of the artist in these cases is shifting from the creator of which is a definitive recording to the cooperation with the boundary points. The artist retains control, decide, intelligent choose which sensors to deal with how far the listener can try out their music, and how a sensor input is translated in a change in the output. It is closer to interaction design as traditional music, but it can deliver something that can be very close to traditional music. Or far away. It is up to the musician in question.

Creative ambient artists such as Brian Eno and according to this approach to make the music of Aphex Twin, most likely. But pop or dance music could benefit. For dance music such as on an app, that is the microphone used the environment of the user example filters you through a series of effects, and then injects parts of in the music? If you sitting on a bus next to a woman with a loud phone conversation has always little bits of this conversation inserted in a heavy techno track the potential, incredible sound.

Rumor: LHC sees hints of Higgs boson

A leaked internal memo from physicists working at the large Hadron Collider near Geneva the long-awaited theoretical particle reports a touch of the Higgs boson, which could make or break of the standard model of elementary particle physics.

The preliminary observation, which is still in the year under review was in an anonymous comment on physicist Peter Woit blog, April 21 booked "not even wrong." Four physicists claim that ATLAS, one of the LHC general-purpose particle hunting decays experiments, a Higgs particle in two high-energy photons caught - but with a much higher speed than the standard model predicts.

"The result of this is the first definite observation of physics beyond the standard model," the note says. "Exciting new physics, including new particles, can be expected to find in the very near future."

The word of CERN, which operates the LHC, is that the leaked note is no official result, and were still uncertain by converting thousands, which forms the rest of the ATLAS cooperation.

"It is way, way too early to say if it something in him or not," spokesman James Gillies said CERN. "The vast majority of these notes get ripped off before they always see the light of day."

Pointed out by a member of the ATLAS cooperation, which wanted to remain anonymous that unexpected signals in the data that is fairly common, and turn out to be due to errors or biases that went uncorrected. The signal is much more likely, be a fluke than anything else.

The mood in the physics of blogosphere is mixed between cautious excitement and denial-of outright.

"It may well be a false alarm... or it could be the discovery of the century... stay tuned," wrote a blogger jester on the Résonaances, a blog that covers particle theory of Paris called.

But degree students of Sarah Kavassalis on the language of bad physics switches, until there is a official statement from the cooperation, or even one of the co-authors, which is only gossip. Don't excited. "Ernst."

This is not the first time a Higgs rumor the physics community, either has swept. A possible discovery came from the CDF experiment at the Tevatron, a particle accelerator at Fermilab in Illinois, is 2010. blogger and physicist Tommaso Dorigo in July, that CDF should this new signal have seen, if it is really there.

If the Higgs it or not, the paper is real. Physicist with access to the paper say it begins, "It is the purpose of this note to report the first experimental observation in the large Hadron Collider (LHC) the Higgs particle."

"Exciting it matter if it's true," said Gillies.

The standard model of particle physics is widely as a theory of almost everything, explain most of what we know about the matter with 17 subatomic particles. But only 16 have seen these particles. The holdout is the Higgs boson, to explain that, in the 1960s why matter has mass was introduced.

Search for the Higgs is one of the most important objectives of the LHC, a 17 km long underground tunnel near the border to France and the Switzerland. Protons to this tunnel at speed of light travel close to smash into each other and new particles, the only available at very high energy to create.

These particles decay quickly into a flood of other, more mundane particles such as photons. Detectors such as ATLAS and its twin, CMS, called can trace the masses and paths, which happens this ordinary particles, and their ways, to what to reconstruct in the collision.

The authors of the note, under the direction of physicist Sau lan Wu of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, say that ATLAS saw two photons with energies up to 115 Gigaelectronvolts (GeV) Add. This is the sort of thing you might expect, if the Higgs boson would have a mass of 115 GeV divided by the speed of light squared. (Da link between energy and mass of Einstein's famous E = mc2 equation, particles, often speaking physicist interchangeable of mass and energy.) For comparison: a Proton has a mass of about 0.9 GeV/c2.)

Charming is this mass. The LHC predecessor, large electron-positron Collider or LEP, can have also seen a hint of a Higgs with the same mass in the year 2000 only weeks before LEP was shut down to make room for the LHC. Wu was also the possible discovery.

But if something really saw ATLAS, it is the researchers report, something very unusual. If an experiment of the standard model produced version of the Higgs boson, will disintegrate only a 100,000 of them in two photons. The signal to ATLAS is ahead 30-times larger than the standard model says, i.e. it produces more Higgs boson than expected 30-time or 30: 100, 000 of them turned into two photons.

The alleged signal would be a signature of supersymmetry, an extension of the standard model in which each particle has a "super affiliates", which differs only in a quantum mechanical property called spin. Or it could be a particle that goes beyond the standard model as a whole. A candidate is a hypothetical particle called radio that is associated with extra dimensions.

"Everyone would like to see what takes us beyond the standard model," said Gillies. "For a standard model of Higgs at the LHC... from a physics point of view it would be quite something boring." "There are a lot of hope and expectation that we can find something beyond the standard model."

In the meantime, the LHC is forward into new territory charge. Around midnight Swiss time April 22 record of the LHC a new beam intensity. Energy is scheduled on the current level to run the Collider, which is only half of what able, by the end of 2012.

That should be enough time to say that the standard model of Higgs exists or not, ATLAS said cooperation member of Gustaaf Brooijmans Columbia University at a press conference in February.

He said "With the 2012 run added, in principle, that we that we can exclude the existence of the Higgs boson of the full course believe if he does not exist,". "If it exists we would see a small signal." "Then what is the mass, what kind of signal we see is it."

The Favorite Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley [VHS]

The Favorite Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley [VHS]Mary-Kate and Ashley combine music and mystery in this series from the mid-1990s in which the girl detectives promise to "solve any crime by dinner time." In the first episode, a phone call from three hayseed miners frightened off the lode by a "monster" sends the girls biking to the rescue. The monster turns out to be a singing scientist in a HAZMAT (hazardous material) suit who gives viewers a small lesson on the origin of magma and pumice. Meanwhile, the girls sing volcanically: "You better run / Don't stand there and gawk / This is one hot, hot rock." Next, it's off to the funhouse when owners Madame Zelda and her brother face financial ruin until the twins reveal the true identity of the ogre who's been terrorizing guests. Finally, a suspected dragon is breaking windows, making scary sounds, and stinking up the well in Dead Gulch. Undaunted, Mary-Kate and Ashley don cowboy boots and ten-gallon hats and head to the Logical I Ranch to follow the geological clues to their logical conclusion. Each program runs about a half-hour, is crammed with songs, fashion, and silliness, and will delight (mostly girls) ages 3 to 7. --Kimberly Heinrichs

22 April 1970: tell your mother, that you love her

1970: Mother Earth finally gets its due with the celebration of the first Earth. Historians regard this as the public introduction of the modern environmental movement.

Wealth and self-expression has plundered shamelessly their resources humanity for centuries, the unslakable thirst for power. While it makes sense, has a part which is donations benefit the Earth for the survival and progress of the species, the increasing ability (not to mention need and greed) make sure that more and more extract levied a heavy load.

The know that the Earth's resources are not infinite available to try the impetus for conservationists, sensitize the general public.

Day the Earth, which was founded by Senator Gaylord Nelson (D-Wisconsin), not only heralded the beginning of the environmental movement was but one of its permanent symbols. His celebration each year in April, offers the opportunity to reflect on the successes and failures of the movement.

Nelson, who led a campaign in the age of 14 years, around trees along the roads in his native clear lake, Wisconsin, plants emerged as a major voice for the conservation, when he entered the Senate in 1962. He found a sympathetic ear in President John F. Kennedy and the seeds for day the Earth and the ecological movement in General - can be rightly said, while JFK's have planted administration.

Nelson took inspiration for Earth Day in the University teach-in the popular during the Viet Nam war. If students could be organized to help to end the unpopular war, use then why not similar tactics to a zinc coating environmental movement?

In fact, people were everywhere on the importance of protecting their planet wake up. The months before the first Earth Day saw plenty of grassroots efforts the goal at the specific causes or ecological awareness in General.

Under the direction of Earth Day National Coordinator of Denis Hayes, thousands of volunteers - mostly college-age or younger - organized rallies and events from the "redwood forest to the Gulf stream waters." When earth day came, took part 20 million Americans.

In a speech at the University of Wisconsin, Nelson summed up the purpose of Earth Day in this way: "Our objective is an environment of decency, quality and mutual respect for each other human creature and for all living Creatures…." "The struggle for a correct relationship between man and his environment, between the people and other living things restore will require before a long, sustained, political, moral, ethical and financial commitment, beyond every effort."

The Senator practiced what he preached. Virtually every major piece of environmental legislation of the period has Nelson's fingerprints all over it: of the preservation of the Appalachian Trail of clean air Act to the clean water Act.

After his defeat for re-election in the same 1980 election that swept Ronald Reagan and the neo-conservatives in power nationwide, Nelson joined the Wilderness Society, where he served as a consultant. He died in 2005.

During Nelson's message never wavered: protection of the environment is the most pressing issue the single humanity.

Many people believe it today. Many others, not unfortunately still.

275 Million-year-old estate was first known toothache

Edward drinker cope was not exactly known for his sunny disposition. A major player in the "Bone wars" of the late 19th century, his long-running feud with other bones sharp Othniel Charles Marsh is scientific legendary. The two former friends changed about everything from fossil sites on the naming rights of extinct creatures, 1890 spill with their embarrassing spat in public view on the New York Herald.

Marsh was not the only source which faced periodic discomfort and irritation cope. In the early 1990s, photographer Louis Psihoyos and writer John Knoebber borrowed from advanced bone for a naturalist - and unauthorized road trip-, achieving some cope intellectual descendants. On the way they met with paleontologist Paul Sereno, the recognized that cope teeth that extra grumpy abscess had the cantankerous fossil Hunter without doubt at the time of his death in 1897.

An example of one of the many prehistoric creatures cope during his career with the name also suffered from a painful dental pathology. Was found in the about 275-million-year-old rock of the mid-west of the United States, Labidosaurus one lizard-like reptiles as Captorhinids of early radiation known, and cope first described it in 1896. Discovered numerous discoveries since that time, but a - CMNH 76876 - shows the earliest evidence of a bacterial infection, but in a country living vertebrates.

The peculiar dental anatomy of Labidosaurus was at least part of the blame for his ailment. According to paleontologist Robert Reisz, Diane Scott, Bruce Pynn and Sean Modesto tooth can substitute the reptile have distinguished more susceptible for injury and disease. In other reptiles of the time the teeth were only loosely in the cheek and were constantly at by newer teeth being replaced in the same ausgebrochen. Labidosaurus and other Captorhinids, on the other hand had not only teeth that were more fixed on the jaw, but new teeth broke slower in different positions. If one of their teeth, broken in other words, the area would be more susceptible to infections due to the long and unusual patterns of the replacement.

A line drawing of the skull of Labidosaurus (above) and a close-up of the lower jaw of designated CMNH 76876 shows two missing teeth (tp1, tp3) and an abscess. By Reisz et al., 2011.

In the Labidosaurus sample by Reisz and colleagues examined the first and third teeth in the jaw broken. The sockets had with bones was filled. This was strange. Broken teeth would have been lost in other reptiles and new would have taken their place, but instead developed in this Labidosaurus pathology. The pathology showed developed three empty tooth Sockets and a nearby abscess also a deep infection and the degree, which pointed out that the animal had lived with the damage for some time.

Will we never know what exactly is happening but the scientists behind the new study could the sequence of events to reconstruct. The unfortunate Labidosaurus first lost two teeth on the front of the jaw and oral bacteria had be caught in the jaw, if the damaged tooth covered roots by bone. But it got only worse from there. The bacteria caused a serious infection of bone, with the loss of three teeth and irreversible damage in the inflamed, pus oozing part of the jaw. If they contribute to the death of the Labidosaurus chronic infection, it was still active when the animal died.

Cope was not a particularly close relative of Labidosaurus - the ancestors and collateral relatives of mammals had already split from their common ancestor with reptiles long before 275 million years ago - but the injuries in the influential naturalist and the reptile lizard-like can be traced back to a similar condition. Although the anatomy of own JAWS is different from Labidosaurus is, we get only two sets of teeth during our lifetime, and this allows injuries and diseases to run rampant, if we go not in treatment. Cope could this bit of evolutionary inheritance from earlier mammals due to his chronic tooth problems, even though his hostility to Marsh alone left him feeling much sore have guilt.

Bugaboo ass is the Optimus Prime of children strollers

For once all the nosy parents in the park go to your stroller instead of children riding in the inner Grill.

With its parts, the modular and expansion of the frame can the donkey Bugaboo shape-shift into a variety of modes. Depending on how it set up is it up for a single child, twins or two children of different ages. It is a real-life transformer.

The basic idea of the donkey is that it can be configured according to your growing family. The basic model provides everything that you need for a child. Her family is growing, can you buy an extra seat or buy two seats and boarding for twins. It is also at one time two car seats.

In single-child mode you can a seat or bassinet Append (it is with both) with a detachable image on the body of the stroller hook. The removable bassinet change: easy, and ensures a great portable bed for a child. The seat can overlook forward or backwards and it angle in five different positions, including prone if rear facing sit back. A lever up on the back makes the seat tube angle super easy to customize - also you can use it one-handed, this is a nice touch.

Your child is at his most standing as if sat on a Chair. One of our two subjects, a 16-month old infant, the donkey dug really upright increased ride which look around him.

But the great magic happens when you expand the stroller. Flip press three lever, you added a button in the Centre, and the frame, so that you can attach a second seat or bassinet. It is also practical, something in addition to your child if you want to, drag a little more memory space as the cargo basket also fully under the basis to give you extended. (This is in addition to the detachable shopping cart, which is next to the seat in single child mode.)

Best of all, it is almost effortlessly customize. It was never more than about 20 seconds go by single, dual-mode or back.

Pram is surprisingly slim for a two-kid. In the wide area it is 28.5 cm on. While not exactly slim, it is only two inches wider than some high end single child strollers growing in popularity by the. And the front wheels, which rotate in all directions (or can lock in place for jogging), let the buggy pivot as a Heisman-winning running back so that it quite simply, although the width-to-navigate.

I never had a problem through door openings. A negative, however, it is how extensive even if reduced. While it needs to be divided easily I had problems in the back seat of my Honda Civic installation instructions.

And then there is the ride quality is. The donkey rolls smoothly, tyre deal grooves filled with air and bumps in the pavement as a four-wheel drive vehicle. Although I felt some bumps on the jogging track, it is quite a smooth ride as a whole.

Aesthetically, this one is good-looking pram. On a trip to San Francisco Zoo, we held were not less than four times of people want to know more. Some of this curiosity was due to the press, which received the strollers due to its high price. But two queries were purely in the form of, "this is a great-looking buggy - what is it?"

Finally, in what the most important evaluation may, loved both children, we use as test subjects. Our 2-month old just went and remained dug happy once inside, the 16-month old his new ride.

Yes, this is a very expensive buggy. But if you have the dough and a growing family, it's hard to top.

WIRED Parts replace with about as much convenience as a Mr. potato head. Swivel wheels turning like a Dervish. Pretty light on the 28.6 pounds in base mode. Detachable shopping cart. You can keep comfy children a hand seat adjustment angle without effort your back. Optional adapter work with many popular seats (Graco, Britax, Maxi COSI, Chicco).

Tired Expensive! Loud clicking brakes wheeled in and out of the place, sometimes surprising sleeping passengers. Sun could shadow to cover better.

Cheetah Mounts AS3B 3 Component Shelf Wall Mount Bracket for LCD, LED, Plasma TV Components

Cheetah Mounts AS3B 3 Component Shelf Wall Mount Bracket for LCD, LED, Plasma TV ComponentsThe AS3B is a tri-shelf cable management system. It can be used with or without a Plasma/LCD mount. This unit is designed to fit under your display and provide an on wall solution for other components such as cable boxes, DVD players, game consoles, and stereo components. There are three 2.25" holes on the aluminum plate that allow you to cleanly run your cables up to your TV or down to another component, as well as out the bottom to an outlet.

After reviewing our competition we realized that most shelving units need to be mounted directly into a wall stud. In most cases the wall stud is placed to the right or to the left of the display, which is not where most people prefer to have their shelves mounted. This is still the most secure option however, after significant research we've fount that using the correct toggle bolts can allow you to mount your shelving unit wherever you see fit. With the combination of four of these toggle bolts the shelving unit is able to hold well over 70LBS safely. Each individual toggle bolt provides 75LBS of support. Please not that a good toggle bolt is still only as good as the quality of the drywall it is mounted into. If you have water damage or .25" drywall please add a support for your shelving unit.

You keep building the guitar

James Nash Pack no guitar when he was College, which in retrospect a dumb.

Nash was 17 at the time and had played about a dozen years. He was good. But he had no plans to "do music Ernst" and do not believe, he would play much, while he was in the school.

Not last. If guitar to play you've discovered, that you enjoy, you cannot cancel playing guitar. It was not long until Nash was bond guitars, playing what he could get his hands on whenever he could get his hands there. Somewhere along the line he took a cheap Japanese guitar and was happy.

His father, however, was not.

Father loved music and had always beautiful guitar lying around. It would not do to keep his son something playing like a cat in heat, sound. He was one day with a Santa Cruz guitar string he had collected secondhand. An OM, Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood.

"Here", he said. "Play this."

It was perfect, with bright, clear sound and great sound. Good, almost perfect. The neck was just a little... off. Not quite the correct form. No adjustment would set it properly. Finally Nash in Santa Cruz went to see guitar, what they could do.

"Let me have a look at the" company founder Richard Hoover said. Santa Cruz was - and is - a small square, the way to the place where you show Hoover, if you, for a tour questions. He did everything he could, think that straight neck, but nothing worked. As he left a new neck and it free of charge, installed only because.

Nash, 37 now, still has this guitar. He has played on hundreds of gigs with his band the way back. And all these years later, he has not forgotten what helped Hoover for a child who wandered on a day looking for some.

"You forget something like this," said Nash. "I was 20-year-old child." A nobody. Not once in a band. "But he treats me well, if he had absolutely no reason, or something, to win it."

That's how they are guitar at Santa Cruz.

Above: Gerard Egan is a guitar before it heads out the door at the Santa Cruz guitar. Install and customize everything that touches the strings from the bridge, the frets, the tuning keys takes about four hours. When a guitar is set up correctly, there will be played to ensure that everything is perfect.

"He the guitar their first words will speak," said Hoover.
